Shipping & Delivery

For the continental US, via FedEx, USPS or US Mail, allow 1 to 10 business days.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Southern California. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where you are located, and the type of shipping selected.

For International, we ship customers everywhere except Japan, Korea, China and Europe. 

Returns & Replacements

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges.

If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused, with original packaging) within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs.

NOTE: Returned items on orders with Free Shipping Offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below Free Shipping Offer. This charge will be netted from the refund.

Please take extra precaution when repackaging. A professional packer is advised for sizeable returns such as a wheelset, frameset, complete bike—any product that is considered overweight/oversized. If otherwise, damage may occur while in transit, which will result in either a restock fee or refusal of the return.

*All items marked 'Sale' and/or 'Close Out' are considered final sales and non-refundable. 

 

DISCLOSURE - ASSEMBLY POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

All bikes purchased through Leader Bikes MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be void.

NOTE: PLEASE TIGHTEN YOUR LOCKRINGS, CRANKS, PEDALS, ETC. BEFORE & AFTER EVERY RIDE. Stripped threads, cranks, pedals, etc. are due to those parts not being tightened enough by the rider and are not covered by warranty.

Please contact your local authorized Leader Bikes dealer for immediate assistance on questions and information regarding Leader Bikes products including pricing, specifications, upgrades, bicycle and frame weights, service and maintenance, model availability, warranty replacement, etc.

THE LEADER PROMISE: We stand by our promise to meet and exceed your expectations. At Leader Bikes, we have more than 15 years of experience designing the best in fixed gear bicycles. That's why we strive to lead the industry with the quality of product we deliver. If you are not happy and your warranty claim is valid (based on the policy below), we will do everything we can to address your concern.

 

Leader Bikes provides a warranty on all products for the original owner with proof of purchase.

When a warranty claim is valid, Leader Bikes offers a replacement product of equal value. When unable to satisfy with current production a store credit toward new product will be given.

Length of warranty coverage as follows:

  • Bicycle Frames – Limited life time
  • Carbon Fiber frames are covered for two years from date of purchase.
  • Forks & Components – Two years Warranty
  • Miscellaneous Parts – No Warranty
  • Miscellaneous parts include but are not limited to tires, tubes, saddles, paint, decals, handlebar tape, grips, brakes, etc.

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, which DO NOT include damage resulting from improper use or a lack of maintenance.

Heavily worn, abused, dented, or crashed frames will NOT be covered.

Leader Bikes has sole discretion to validate a warranty on any Leader Bikes product.

Customer is responsible for all labor, shipping, and processing fees.

 

Filing a Warranty Claim

 

To file a warranty claim contact the authorized dealer where the product was purchased. You will need the following to file a claim:

  • Make & Model
  • Proof of purchase/receipt

 

Liability

 

Leader Bikes is not responsible for the safe storing of your bicycle, proper bike maintenance, or for making sure your bike is ridden safely.

 

Leader Bikes North American Warranty Procedures

 

  • Through authorized dealer
  • Bring product in question to an authorized Leader Bikes dealer.
  • Authorized dealer assesses whether the end-user has a valid claim.
  • Dealer contacts Leader Bikes to initiate warranty claim with:
  • Make and model
  • Proof of purchase/receipt
  • If warranty claim is valid, replacement product is sent to dealer.

*End-user is responsible for all labor/shipping costs.

  • Through the End-User Directly
  • End-user submits a warranty claim form, proof of purchase, and photos of the product to warranty@leaderbikes.com
  • If claim is validated by Leader Bikes, end-user ships product to Leader Bikes warehouse.
  • Leader Bikes inspects product in question, and reviews claim form.
  • If warranty claim is valid, replacement product is sent to end-user.
